Perth E-Series Terms And Conditions


When you post a reply in our forums, please keep a few general rules in mind. Your thread may be locked at any given time, and you, as a member, may be warned for specific violations of these rules.

Please take note of the following rules below:

1] SPAM AND ADVERTISING
1.1
Advertising or posting links to competitors is not allowed. You will be warned or banned depending on the level and nature of the advertising.
1.2 We do not tolerate spam at www.pertheseries.com In short, do not post small or useless posts that are not relevant to a thread on the forum. ( ie: OMFG LOOK, LOL or :) )
1.3 Do not send PM to other users promoting any other site or product because we will find out and depending on the serrate you could be warned or banned.

2] OFFENSIVE POSTS
2.1 Do not post offensive, abusive, obscene, hateful, discriminating or harmful posts
2.2 Follow basic etiquette rules. For example, DO NOT ever type in ALL CAPS. This applies to both topic titles and the post messages, as this is considered yelling.
2.3 Cursing is OK in moderation but this doesn't mean every sentence can have 3 foul words.

3] HOW TO POST
3.1 Use the search facticity to research your post. This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read.
3.2 Keep the focus. Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, and if continued, will be banned.
3.3 Please post in the correct forum. Your post will be deleted if it is in the inappropriate forum
3.4 DO NOT bump your topics
3.5 Please refrain from SMS type posts (like I will c u l8er) it dose become annoying to other members.

4] RESPECT THE AUTHORITY OF moderators/admins
4.1
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator/admin actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator/admin did, PM or email the moderator/admin and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

5] REPORTING ABUSE

5.1 If you have a complaint about another member, problems with other members, etc. please try to resolve by PMing.
5.2 If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to one of the Moderators or Administrators. Repeat offenders will be banned from the forum, and further action may be taken against them.

If you happen to violate any of the Perth E-Series rules, the following punishments against you may be undertaken:
-Edit or removal of post
-Edit of signature or avatar if in violation of rules
-Increase of the Warning Level
-All posts will require moderator approval
-Removal of offender's posting rights
-Suspension of the offender's user account
-Ban/Deletion of the offender's user account
-Reporting to law enforcement
-Other punishments felt necessary by the Perth E-Series Forum Staff or the Admins.

6] SIGNATURE
6.1
Remember that the staff may remove over-sized or vulgar signatures as well as avatars at any point in time. We may not tell you to re-size your image; it could be removed without warning. If you have any further questions on this issue, please contact a staff member via PM.


7] SELLING PRODUCTS TO MEMBERS
7.1 If you are selling something to a member on the forum you must honor the sale, if you don't you may be banned from the forum.

8] HOW TO MAKE A COMPLIANT

If you believe a members is braking the T&C of the forum Please do not make a thread about it, send me a PM and i will take it from there.

9] AVATAR SIZE

Due to users having very big avatar pics the maximum avatar size is set to
150 X 150 pixels, if you have a pic you would like to re-size to fit in just PM CruizinEB the pic and i will re-size it for you.

10] MEMBERS FROM OUTSIDE OF W.A
Perth E-Series will always stay majority Perth E-Series but from now on non WA E-Series owners can now sign up and use the forums, the only thing that is different for them is they wont be able to post new threads/ reply to threads in the trading sections nor will they be allowed to post/plan cruises/events in the event forums that that are outside the state of Western Australia.

10.1 If someone from another state/territory has signed up and decide to disregard these rules they will be informed that their account on Perth E-Series has been removed.

11] POSTING OF CAR PICS

All car pics that have the number plate in them with need the plate blanked out of the pic before being posted, if a pic has been posted with the Number Plate showing, it will be removed and the member that posted the pic with be warned.
