OK lately there has been some discussion about blocking plates on pics before posting them, this is now in affect.
1. All the event photos, make sure the plates are all blocked before they are uploaded to the net.
2. If people want to show off their plates let them do it ONLY IN their 'show off' thread.
the poster of an unblanked pic will have an increased warning.
