Hello to all out there, just introducing myself, Paul's the name.

I'm actually Mark's younger bro, he drives a RED EL XR6 thats in show room condition. Think I may have met some of you guys n Gals down at the Drags. I have to say for now I've been converted from a Holden man to a Ford one. Just bought a 95 silver Fairmont Auto 6 cyl for $3500, good low km's too,(156K)Bargain! My last car was a Vauxhall Omega MV6 over in Wales UK, nice 150 m/h car with all the fruit too.
Anyways holla back at me sometime

Welcome along mate. Given that you're from the UK and Mark's car is a red EL XR6, I'm going to assume that your bro is Markr154...

You assume right guys!

Never thought I'd see him in a Ford, but he just couldn't ignore that Fairy, lol ...it's very, very tidy, Argon Silver, all the Fairmont goodies (gotta love the climate control), drives as smooth as fuck, and stock as (but I know that won't last) ...makes mine seem like a complete pig really!

He's loving it so far.

Make him feel welcome guys

Don't forget to chuck up some pics in the 'show off' section!

Personally, I think you scored VERY nicely with the pick-up, great starting point and VERY tidy car for the money ...oh, to have mine running that smoothly again :whistling:

You're definitely in good company here dick

Heyhey, Cheers all! for the warm welcome, obviously will def be down at next cruise with Bells on. :ping: And to Phil, thanks a bunch and will sms or call you tomorrow,ie Sun 7/2/10.Not too early. Fairy's (as Mark calls them), ok with their rear muffler taken out and replaced with straight tailpipe? No back/forward pressure problems.
And it sounds throatier?

Had a squizz at this car parked up at mum's again today ...VERY tidy car, definitely something I woulda bought for the money, especially with the condition and the K's.

Chuck on some tint, dump her 1-2 inches, and she'll be looking heaps sweeter.

I wish I had all those Fairy goodies in my car ...sigh :eyeroller:

Throw up some piccies in the 'show off your EF / EL' section!!!

Steady on, haha

I know he wants some sort of huffer down the track, probably a supercharger to at least match a stock supercharged VT :whistling:

The standard double intake & panel filter have already been replaced with a new intake pipe & pod filter for starters ...sounds better already, lol
