i know first hand what you are saying just got it connected at the new house they connected it to the wrong line (3 lines into the property) wont change it so it is going to cost me to get it to work in the main house and the had my date of birth wrong plus used the wrong name for my email apparently all not there fault whose fucking fault is it then
